We appreciate your inquiries into Pine Creek Country Inn as the place for
your meeting.  We hope to make your visit an enjoyable and memorable
experience.  The following information will describe the services and food
selections that we offer for our Business Meetings.

Our Business Meeting Package Includes:

  • All Day Meeting Space
  • Beverage Service - Coffee, Tea and
    Iced Tea throughout the day
  • Mid-Morning Snack
  • Lunch (see Business Lunch Menu)
  • Assorted Cookies in the afternoon

Available Meeting Spaces

Waterfall I & II, our 2,500 square foot banquet room can seat up to:

  • 180 people for the full room and
  • 90 for the half room classroom style seating.
  • There is NO Facility Charge.

The Banquet Room can be divided for smaller groups. 

Day Meeting Standard - $23.00 pp

  • Morning:      Muffins
  • Lunch:          See Business Lunch Menu
  • Snacks:        Assorted Cookies in PM
  • Beverages:  Coffee, Tea and Iced Tea throughout the day

Day Meeting with Continental Breakfast- $25 pp

  • Morning:      Muffins
  • Lunch:          See Business Lunch Menu
  • Snacks:        Assorted Cookies in PM
  • Beverages:  Coffee, Tea and Iced Tea throughout the day

Day Meeting with Country Breakfast- $28 pp

  • Morning:      Eggs, Biscuit and Gravy, Sausage, Cereals, Fruit Cup and Juices
  • Lunch:          See Business Lunch Menu
  • Snacks:        Assorted Cookies in AM or PM
  • Beverages:  Coffee, Tea and Iced Tea throughout the day

Your cost is solely $23, $25, $28 per person, plus Tax (if applicable),
Gratuity (15%) and any optional equipment costs listed below.
